MEDFORD -- Sixteen properties changed hands in Medford during the reporting period, with the highest price recorded for a single-family home on Damon Road at $1,405,000, according to deeds recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds.

MARKET OVERVIEW Sixteen sales were recorded in Medford between June 19 and July 18. Nine of those deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $685,000 to $1,405,000, with a median of $905,000. The remaining seven transactions did not include a stated consideration in the recorded deed. Based on the raw count of 16 recorded transactions, the period showed a steady level of activity, though the seven undisclosed prices limit a full comparison of overall value trends.
