The month's top sale was 58 Myrtle St. at $1,650,000, sold by Bartlett Development LLC. Three condo units sold, and seven transfers, scattered across different streets, moved property between grantors and grantees sharing a surname, consistent with trust transfers. Based on the data alone, the period shows a moderate, steady volume of activity rather than a sharp shift in either direction.
