Medford Disclosed Home Sales Show Median of $905,000 in Late June, Led by Main Street

MEDFORD -- A residential sale at 168 Main St. topped Medford's late-June deed recordings at $1.2 million, anchoring a month in which five of 15 recorded transfers included disclosed sale prices.

MARKET OVERVIEW Fifteen deeds were recorded in Medford between June 15 and June 23, 2026, but only five carried disclosed consideration amounts. Among those five, sale prices ranged from $685,000 to $1.2 million, with a median of $905,000. The remaining 10 transfers — the majority of the period's activity — listed no sale price, which is common in deed data for trust transfers, estate restructurings, and intra-family conveyances. The five disclosed-price transactions are the basis for all market statistics below.

TOP SALES The highest-priced disclosed transaction was 168 Main St., which sold June 23 for $1.2 million. Maritza Simauchi transferred the property to Poonam Kumari and Amrendra Ajay.

14 Sturtevant Ter. changed hands June 18 for $1,150,000. The seller was the McCallum Family Trust, represented by Jaqueline F. McCallum as trustee; the buyer was Robert Petrillo as trustee of the Sturtevant Realty Trust.

141 Fourth St. sold June 23 for $905,000. Michelle L. Olbrot and Martin Nguyen were the sellers; Long Nguyen is the recorded buyer.

A June 23 transaction recorded without a street address listed FMCPDC LLC as seller and Medfah Realty LLC as buyer at $825,000. Because no street address appears in the deed record, the specific property location cannot be confirmed.

43 Almont St. rounded out the disclosed-price sales at $685,000, recorded June 22. Adam R. Brick and Renee Brick sold the property to BDS Properties LLC.
