Thursday, August 27, 12:24 a.m.Welfare Check: Officers responded to the 20 block of Allston Street.

Thursday, August 27, 1:40 a.m.Threats: A report of threats was taken at the 100 block of Willis Avenue.

Thursday, August 27, 3:43 a.m.Trespass Tow: A vehicle was towed from Station Landing East, 50 Station Landing.

Thursday, August 27, 3:47 a.m.Open Door: Officers responded to an unsecured door at the 200 block of Boston Avenue.

Thursday, August 27, 3:50 a.m.Trespass Tow: A vehicle was towed from the 10 block of Lund Road.

Thursday, August 27, 5:38 a.m.Arrest (Warrant): Two individuals were arrested at Medford Police Department headquarters, 100 Main Street, on outstanding warrants. Jayden A. Velazquez, 19, of Lynn, was charged with warrant arrest. Jalen R. Louis, 19, of Lynn, was charged with warrant arrest.

Thursday, August 27, 10:26 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported on Winter Street.

Thursday, August 27, 11:02 a.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at the 30 block of Lyman Avenue.

Thursday, August 27, 12:08 p.m.Unwanted Person: Officers responded to an unwanted person at Kappy's Liquors, Revere Beach Parkway.

Thursday, August 27, 1:38 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Monroe Muffler, Revere Beach Parkway; parties were advised.

Thursday, August 27, 3:19 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported near Al & Sons Service, 600 block of High Street.

Thursday, August 27, 3:44 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at Courtyard Nursing Care Center, Governors Avenue; parties were advised.

Thursday, August 27, 4:50 p.m.Disabled Motor Vehicle: Officers responded to a disabled motor vehicle at Clipper Ship Drive and Main Street.

Thursday, August 27, 4:56 p.m.Larceny of Motor Cycle: A larceny of a motorcycle was reported at the 30 block of William Street.

Thursday, August 27, 4:57 p.m.Motor Vehicle Fire: A vehicle fire was reported at Forest Street and High Street.

Thursday, August 27, 6:18 p.m.911 Investigation: An investigation of a 911 call at the 60 block of Fellsway West resulted in a negative area search.

Thursday, August 27, 6:27 p.m.Trespass Tow: A vehicle was towed from the 200 block of Mystic Avenue.

Thursday, August 27, 7:10 p.m.Noise Complaint: Officers responded to a noise complaint at the 50 block of Woodrow Avenue.

Thursday, August 27, 7:41 p.m.Larceny: A larceny report was taken at the 100 block of Sturges Street.

Thursday, August 27, 8:39 p.m.Probable Cause Investigation: A report was taken at Stop & Shop, Fellsway Street.

Thursday, August 27, 9:28 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance report was taken at the 300 block of Lawrence Road.

Thursday, August 27, 10:37 p.m.Medical Emergency: A person was transported to a hospital from the 10 block of Sheridan Avenue.
