Wednesday, August 26, 12:23 a.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported at Medford Police Department headquarters, 100 Main St.; the patient was transported to a hospital.

Wednesday, August 26, 5:27 a.m.Pedestrian Accident: A pedestrian accident was reported at Harvard Street and Winchester Street; a report was taken.

Wednesday, August 26, 5:56 a.m.Hit and Run: A hit-and-run was reported in the 79 block of Saunders Street; an accident report is pending.

Wednesday, August 26, 8:01 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported in the 400 block of High Street; a report was taken.

Wednesday, August 26, 8:45 a.m.Trespass/Tow: A vehicle was towed for trespassing from the 3600 block of Mystic Valley Parkway.

Wednesday, August 26, 8:53 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at Harvard Avenue and Monument Street; a report was taken.

Wednesday, August 26, 10:40 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported in the 46 block of South Border Road; the matter was resolved on scene.

Wednesday, August 26, 11:00 a.m.Alarm: An alarm was reported at the 55 block of Riverside Avenue; the call was serviced.

Wednesday, August 26, 12:51 p.m.Unwanted Person: An unwanted person was reported at Wegmans, 3850 Mystic Valley Parkway; a report was taken.

Wednesday, August 26, 1:00 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Willis Avenue; the matter was resolved on scene.

Wednesday, August 26, 1:37 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near Needham Bank, 270 Mystic Avenue; no disposition required.

Wednesday, August 26, 2:17 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported in the 5 block of Cabot Road; a report was taken.

Wednesday, August 26, 4:04 p.m.Past Motor Vehicle Accident: A past motor vehicle accident was reported at Main Street and Yale Street; a report was taken.

Wednesday, August 26, 4:12 p.m.Arrest: Police responded to the 100 block of Mystic Avenue. Jose A. Lozano, 49, of Washington, D.C., was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (G.L. c. 265, s. 15B) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (G.L. c. 265, s. 15A).

Wednesday, August 26, 5:14 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at Regina Pizza, 44 Station Landing; a report was taken.

Wednesday, August 26, 5:45 p.m.Hit and Run: A hit-and-run was reported in the 66 block of Harvard Avenue; the call was serviced.

Wednesday, August 26, 5:58 p.m.Arrest: A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Fellsway Street; a report was taken. Jose A. Lozano, 49, of Washington, D.C., was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (G.L. c. 265, s. 15B) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (G.L. c. 265, s. 15A).

Wednesday, August 26, 11:10 p.m.Noise Complaint: A noise complaint was reported in the 300 block of Middlesex Avenue; no disposition required.
