Thursday, July 2, 1:27 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on Mystic Valley Parkway resulted in an arrest. Denis Villanueva Guevara, 29, of Lynn, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, furnishing false identification information to law enforcement, and arrest on an outstanding warrant.
Thursday, July 2, 2:04 a.m. — Shots Fired (Unfounded): A report of shots fired in the area of the 5 block of Cabot Road was investigated and found to be unfounded.
Thursday, July 2, 5:03 a.m. — Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance on the 100 block of Fourth Street.
Thursday, July 2, 7:01 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported near St. Francis of Assisi Church on Fellsway West.
Thursday, July 2, 9:45 a.m. — Welfare Check: Officers conducted a welfare check at the Target on Salem Street.
Thursday, July 2, 9:45 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny was reported at Core Power Yoga on Mystic Avenue; a report was taken.
Thursday, July 2, 11:06 a.m. — Recovered Motor Vehicle: A recovered motor vehicle report was taken at Inman Motor Sales on Mystic Avenue.
Thursday, July 2, 1:39 p.m. — Downed Wire: A downed wire was reported on the 48 block of Irving Street.
Thursday, July 2, 3:07 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported at Wegmans on Mystic Valley Parkway; a report was taken.
Thursday, July 2, 3:11 p.m. — Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance on the 100 block of Murray Street; a report was taken.
Thursday, July 2, 4:45 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the Kohl's on Mystic Valley Parkway.
Thursday, July 2, 6:37 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported on the 200 block of Harvard Street; a report was taken.
Thursday, July 2, 6:51 p.m. — Unwanted Person: An unwanted person was reported at CVS on Fellsway Street; the matter was resolved on scene.
Thursday, July 2, 6:57 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency on the 500 block of Main Street resulted in transport to a hospital.
Thursday, July 2, 9:08 p.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop on Fellsway Street resulted in an arrest. Cedlyne Noel, 29, of Brockton, was charged with speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI), first offense.
Thursday, July 2, 10:15 p.m. — Medical Emergency: Officers responded to a medical emergency at Oak Grove Cemetery on Playstead Road.
