Saturday, July 4, 12:55 a.m. — Noise Complaint: A noise disturbance on the 15 block of King Avenue was dispersed.
Saturday, July 4, 1:25 a.m. — Alarm: A burglar alarm at the 34 block of Powder House Terrace was determined to be accidental/defective.
Saturday, July 4, 2:54 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported on the 100 block of Riverside Avenue; no further response needed.
Saturday, July 4, 3:42 a.m. — Disorderly Group: A group gathered at Medford Boat Club on Mystic Valley Parkway was dispersed.
Saturday, July 4, 4:58–5:08 a.m. — Trespass Tows: Three vehicles were towed for trespassing at Station Landing.

Saturday, July 4, 12:41 p.m. — Alarm: A burglar alarm was triggered at Ideal Wine + Spirits on Mystic Valley Parkway; officer responded.
Saturday, July 4, 1:10 p.m. — Alarm: A burglar alarm was triggered at a business on the 39 block of Salem Street; officer responded.
Saturday, July 4, 2:14 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency on the 28 block of Lyman Avenue resulted in transport to the hospital.

Saturday, July 4, 4:54 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported at AFC Urgent Care on Mystic Valley Parkway; no further response needed.
Saturday, July 4, 5:18 p.m. — Arrest — Motor Vehicle Stop: A motor vehicle stop at Hall Street and Riverside Avenue resulted in an arrest. Alexander H. Senyonjo, 20, of Medford, was charged with refusing to identify as a motor vehicle operator, a number plate violation to conceal identity, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (suspended for Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs).

Saturday, July 4, 6:37 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported at Glen Ridge Nursing Home on Murray Street; no further response needed.
Saturday, July 4, 6:42 p.m. — Fireworks: A fireworks complaint was reported on Wason Street; officer responded.
Saturday, July 4, 6:42–6:51 p.m. — Alarms: Burglar alarms were triggered at a business on the 74 block of Mystic Avenue, a residence on the 12 block of Eliot Street, and a residence on the 123 block of Surrey Street; officers responded to each.
Saturday, July 4, 6:57 p.m. — Downed Wire: A downed wire was reported on the 15 block of Willis Avenue; no further police response needed.
Saturday, July 4, 7:11 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported on the 100 block of Main Street; no further response needed.
Saturday, July 4, 8:57 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported on the 200 block of Fellsway West; officer responded.
