Thursday, September 10, 12:00 a.m.Alarm: A burglar alarm activated at Qdoba Mexican Grill on the 500 block of Fellsway Street; officer responded and serviced the call.

Thursday, September 10, 3:08 a.m.False Alarm: A second alarm activation at Qdoba Mexican Grill on the 500 block of Fellsway Street was determined to be a false alarm.

Thursday, September 10, 3:08 a.m.Trespass/Tow: A vehicle was towed for trespass at Station Landing.

Thursday, September 10, 2:07 a.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported at Tufts MBTA Station on the 400 block of Boston Avenue.

Thursday, September 10, 5:55 a.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported on the 8 block of Goldsmith Avenue.

Thursday, September 10, 7:22 a.m.Breaking and Entering, Motor Vehicle: A breaking and entering of a motor vehicle was reported on the 36 block of Wolcott Street; a report was taken.

Thursday, September 10, 9:44 a.m.Breaking and Entering, Motor Vehicle: A breaking and entering of a motor vehicle was reported on the 59 block of Prescott Street; a report was taken.

Thursday, September 10, 12:54 p.m.Breaking and Entering, Motor Vehicle: A breaking and entering of a motor vehicle was reported on the 41 block of Mystic Street; a report was taken.

Thursday, September 10, 10:44 a.m.Identity Fraud: An identity fraud complaint was reported on the 14 block of Mason Street; no service was rendered.

Thursday, September 10, 11:17 a.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted on the 100 block of Riverside Avenue.

Thursday, September 10, 11:23 a.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported on the 300 block of Winthrop Street.

Thursday, September 10, 2:27 p.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported on the 100 block of Main Street.

Thursday, September 10, 4:12 p.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported at Medford Rehab and Nursing Center on the 300 block of Winthrop Street.

Thursday, September 10, 4:15 p.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported at Courtyard Nursing Care Center on the 200 block of Governors Avenue.

Thursday, September 10, 4:45 p.m.Arrest: A disturbance was reported at Wegmans on Mystic Valley Parkway; police took a report and made an arrest in connection with an outstanding warrant. Orkhan Mammadov, 32, of Revere, was charged with a warrant arrest and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (G.L. c. 90, § 23).

Thursday, September 10, 5:25 p.m.Identity Fraud: An identity fraud complaint was reported on the 125 block of Forest Street; a report was taken.

Thursday, September 10, 7:51 p.m.Noise Complaint: A noise complaint was reported on the 100 block of College Avenue; the involved party was advised.

Thursday, September 10, 9:02 p.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported on the 82 block of Exchange Avenue.

Thursday, September 10, 9:52 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 40 block of Ashland Street; the involved party was advised.

Thursday, September 10, 10:33 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at Shipyard Way; subject was gone on arrival.

Thursday, September 10, 11:05 p.m.Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported on the 100 block of Brookside Parkway; officers serviced the call.

Thursday, September 10, 11:11 p.m.Tree Down: A tree-down was reported on the 8 block of Bradford Avenue; officers responded and serviced the call.
