Friday, Oct. 16, 1:12 a.m. Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Mystic River Road.

Friday, Oct. 16, 9:57 a.m. Larceny: A larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on Fellsway Street.

Friday, Oct. 16, noon. Assault: An assault was reported at a nursing home on Murray Street.

Friday, Oct. 16, 12:05 p.m. Hazard: A tree was reported down on Brooks Park.

Friday, Oct. 16, 3:42 p.m. Fraud: An identity fraud was reported on Winthrop Street.

Friday, Oct. 16, 3:47 p.m. Overdose: An overdose was reported on Clewley Road.

Friday, Oct. 16, 4:30 p.m. Arrest: Police arrested two people after a reported larceny at a store on Mystic Valley Parkway. John B. Ardila Zapata, 58, of East Boston, was arrested and charged with larceny over $1200. Alba L. Preciado Galeno, 36, of Revere, was arrested and charged with larceny over $1200.

Friday, Oct. 16, 4:50 p.m. Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Cabot Road.

Friday, Oct. 16, 7:10 p.m. Fire: A fire was reported on South Street.
