Monday, August 31, 3:51 a.m. — Arrest: An officer responded to the Daily Mart, on the 200 block of Spring Street. Michael Grande, 42, of Medford, was charged with possession of a Class A controlled substance, possession of a Class B controlled substance, and possession of a Class C controlled substance (G.L. c. 94C, §34).
Monday, August 31, 6:24 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at 2501 Mystic Valley Parkway; no officer response was required.
Monday, August 31, 6:41 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency at Glen Ridge Nursing Home, Murray Street; the patient was transported to a hospital.
Monday, August 31, 8:19 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash at the intersection of Main Street and South Street; an accident report is due.
Monday, August 31, 9:49 a.m. — Larceny, Motor Vehicle: A motor vehicle larceny was reported at The Establishment, on the 100 block of Rivers Edge Drive; a report was taken.
Monday, August 31, 10:10 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident (Past): A previously occurring crash was reported at the 70 block of Winchester Street; an accident report is due.
Monday, August 31, 11:05 a.m. — Search Warrant: A search warrant was executed at Medford Police Department headquarters, 100 Main Street.
Monday, August 31, 11:27 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency on the 50 block of Hillsboro Road; the patient was transported to a hospital.
Monday, August 31, 11:43 a.m. — Assist: Officers responded to the 100 block of Middlesex Avenue; a report was taken.

Monday, August 31, 4:36 p.m. — Arrest: An officer stopped a motor vehicle on the 100 block of Playstead Road. Everton M. Barbosa, 33, of Woburn, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (G.L. c. 90, §23).
