Medford's priciest recorded sale this month topped $1.75 million on Wolcott Street

Medford recorded 20 property transfers between July 17 and August 15, with 12 disclosing a sale price ranging from $468,000 to $1.75 million and a median of $908,250. The period's top sale was 77 Wolcott St. at $1.75 million, sold by Fells Properties LLC to Hani Bakhshaee and Nikta Sabouri. At least seven transfers involved condominium units, and six of the eight undisclosed-price transfers listed the same individuals as both seller and buyer, consistent with trust or estate transfers. No street recorded more than one sale during the period.
