Medford home sales top out at $1.75 million as family and trust transfers dominate July volume
Medford recorded 19 property deeds between July 24 and Aug. 22, with sale prices disclosed on 11. Disclosed prices ranged from $608,000 to $1,750,000, with a median of $975,000. The month's top sale was 77 Wolcott St., which sold for $1,750,000 on July 27 to Hani Bakhshaee and Nikta Sabouri. Nearly half the recorded transfers, eight of 19, carried no disclosed price, and most of those were transfers within families or into trusts rather than open-market sales, limiting the picture of overall dollar volume for the period.
