Medford Home Sales Split Evenly Above And Below $1 Million In August
Medford recorded 15 property sales between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with disclosed prices ranging from $610,000 to $1,930,000 and a median of $1,001,500 across the ten sales that listed a price. The top sale was 48 Terrace Rd., which sold for $1,930,000 on Aug. 17 to Anthony and Shauna Scalese. Five of the ten disclosed sales were below $1 million and five were at or above that mark. Five of the 15 deeds, including three apparent transfers within the same family into personal or realty trusts, did not disclose a sale price.
