Medford Home Sales Span $605,000 to $1.4 Million as Trust Transfers Dominate Volume

Sixteen Medford property transfers were recorded between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only seven listed a sale price, ranging from $605,000 to $1,410,800 with a median of $1,130,000. The month's top sale was 7 Sturtevant Terrace at $1,410,800, followed by 5 Sunset Avenue at $1,350,000. Nine of the 16 transfers carried no disclosed price, and eight of those followed a pattern of family members transferring property to themselves or into a trust. With more than half the recorded deeds lacking pricing data, the figures reflect registry activity more than they reveal broader buyer-seller conditions.
