Medford recorded 16 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with recorded sale prices ranging from $412,500 to $1.45 million and a median of $952,500 among the 10 sales that reported a price. The month's top sale was 12 Powder House Rd Ext at $1,450,000, followed closely by 20 Saltonstall Rd at $1,410,000. Six of the 16 transactions had no price recorded yet, and several of those appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales. Four sales involved condominium units. No single street recorded more than one transaction during the period.
